Cancellation Policy

72 hours must be given to reschedule appointments -If less than 72 hours notice is given, your deposit will be retained and not transferrable. -If your appointment is cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, your deposit will be retained and not transferrable. 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: The £50 booking fee you have paid is non refundable. Cancellations with less than 3 WORKING DAYS (72 hours) will lose their £50 booking fee entirely. The £50 booking fee can only be transferred to another appointment, if this cancellation request is made with at least 3 WORKING DAYS notice prior to your appointment. 'No shows' will be invoice the full appointment fee. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: The £50 booking fee is redeemable against your first treatment. Further consultations will be chargeable at £30 per consultation and not redeemable. If you decide not to go ahead with treatment, the £50 booking fee is not refundable. 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝 𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬: Please ensure your COVID vaccine/booster is at least 2 weeks either side of your dermal filler appointment. 𝐒𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: Please note that if you have a current infection, or are on antibiotics then we will not be able to go ahead with treatment. If you turn up to your appointment and have not previously disclosed this, then we will not be able to treat you and your deposit will be retained and not transferrable. If you have a cold sore, or feel the beginnings of a cold sore, you will not be able to have lip filler, chin filler, nose filler, nasolabial folds, chemical peel treatment, micro needling. (Other treatments are usually fine) Please advise Nadine if you think you need to cancel your appointment due to a cold sore. 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 To comply with COVID regulations: -Please do not come to your appointment if you or anyone you have been in contact with are exhibiting COVID symptoms. -We are unable to conduct dermal filler appointments 2 weeks before/after COVID vaccinations. 𝐋𝐢𝐩 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 Please purchase EMLA numbing cream from a pharmacy and apply very thickly 15 mins before your appointment. This will give you extra numbing time and make your treatment more comfortable. (If you are unable to purchase EMLA, do not worry, the clinic is fully stocked with numbing cream.
